![]() Front desk staff were incredible throughout our 5-day stay there - from check-in to check out. Public transit is readily available (bus stop right across the street, and several trams within short walking distance). Lots of walking trails nearby, close to downtown and most of the major tourist attractions, but still in a quiet area. It's almost like living in a park atmosphere. The only thing I can complain about is the coats, too flat, and we can be satisfied with all the factors. The last day after check-out, we were allowed to leave our baggage free of charge in their storage. The surrounding area is quiet, especially with families, as is the surrounding area. ![]() The phone can be rented at the reception by paying a capra, which is regularly returned at the time of delivery. The room is cleaned only if you stay for more than four nights. ![]() The services are minimal: we had two very simple beds, close to the same, so that they look like a double bed one set of head towels (maybe these were few, for three days, But at the cost of €2.50, one can be rented at the reception) no set of courtesy, but there is still a bathroom/shampoo bottle in the shower no furniture beyond beds, a table, A couple of chairs and a box just in front of the entrance of the room. We took one, with private bathroom in the room. It is a Christian hostel managed by the Berlin Mission (in the paradise, in winter, there must also be a homeless shelter), but in addition to the services of the classic hostel, they also offer private rooms. The price for three nights, one week after Christmas, was really advantageous. 1.7km from Brandenburger Tor Suburban Railway and Underground Station We chose this hotel mainly for the location: it is 10 minutes walk from the central Berlin station, before which, among other things, the TXL bus stops connecting Tegel airport to the centre.
